Wow my upper back was sore and tight today. I think I went too hard out on my foam rolling yesterday as it actually felt bruised. It probably wasn't as tight as yesterday and luckily it didn't affect my training at all as I managed to bust out a PR! Yay!

Hi Nelli, thanks :) I really lean hard into it and by leaning to one side. I also used the tennis ball which is probably what really gave me the bruised feeling.
