Training: 12th September

For some reason my upper back was super tight today and it was affecting the range of motion in my neck.  I tried to foam roll it which gave temporary relief.  Now, after training it is pretty sore and I'm having trouble getting up from a lying position.  Hopefully it won't affect my ability to train tomorrow.

External Rotations

Hammer Strength Row
35kg aside

Tricep Dips (on bench)
