Training: 1st August

First training session in almost two weeks.  I've been feeling pretty weary these past couple of weeks; loading up on ibuprofen and going to bed a little earlier has helped a bit.  I'm hoping to make it to the gym at least twice a week instead of one every two weeks :-/

Bench Press
20kg x 10
40kg x 8
50kg x 5
60kg x 3
70kg x 3
75kg x 1
77.5kg x 1, 5 sets

I took a video of my 3rd set of 77.5kg.  I'll try and get that up on the blog tomorrow.  It's been a while since I took a video of my lifting.

Pullups
BW x 5, 3 sets

Pendlay Row (with Dumbells)
26kg aside 3 x 8

Hammer Strength Row
3 x 10 x 30kg aside
