Training: 19th August

Yes, I still workout.  Barely!  I thought I'd have a moderate workout today since it's been almost 3 weeks since I last trained.  Although I forced myself to go, it felt good to be back in the gym and the weights felt easier than I thought they would.

Bench Press
20kg x 10
40kg x 8
50kg x 5
60kg x 3
70kg x 3, 5 sets  RPE 6/10

Squats
20kg x 10
40kg x 8
60kg x 5
70kg x 5
80kg x 4
90kg x 3
100kg x 3, 5 sets  RPE 7/10

Lat Pulldown (Neutral Grip)
60 x 6, 4 sets

Pendlay Row
50kg x 8, 3 sets

Face Pulls
13.75kg x 10, 3 sets

I am considering doing 5/3/1 again.  I enjoyed the program and got great results from it.  I need something to make me workout again.  I think 3 days a week would be ideal for me; not too intense, but not too lazy either.  That video I promised to you almost 3 weeks ago is still on my camera.  I'll get it up here soon!

5/3/1 sounds good! Its a lot better to have a goal as well as finding the sweet spot for how many days a week to train! do it!

Yeah I really enjoyed that program, so I will start it next week.
How did your meet go?

Sounds really good! Meet went good! Im keen to get stronger now lol
