I had a great workout today. Motivation was fairly high going into the gym, meaning I actually wanted to go today rather than forced myself to go. I was pretty pleased with my benching today. All sets were around an RPE of 8-9 out of 10, so they were pretty challenging. The decline leg raises are actually quite hard. I did them at the highest incline this time!
