My Day

Day off today! I have Sunday and Monday off every week and they just fly by. Sometimes I barely get things done. Yesterday I did a lot of cleaning and tidying around the house.

Today I went to the gym in the morning; had a decent training session - got up to 105kg on box squats and I think I might have PRd my benching. I benched 82.5kg x 3. I don't think I've done that much before for 3 reps - at least I don't think so. I looked through my training log and found I'd done 80kg x 3 before. Yay for me!

After the gym I went to the physio for my forearms. The left one wasn't too bad, but the right one hurt like hell as he massaged it. It feels a lot better now though. I'm going back on Friday morning.

We went to the hippy store (Matt's name for the organic/wholefood store near us) today to pick up a few things. I bought this snack last time we went there which I really enjoyed - Sea Vegetable chips:


I've just started taking Vitamin D today. I figured I probably should be taking it seeing as I don't get any sunlight at all cos of work. On the drive to work I may get a tiny bit of sun, but in the evening after I finish work the sun has already set and it's dark.

Calcium & Magnesium

Anyway, I think I'm off to bed soon. I'm quite tired!
